Senior Site Manager required for new build student accommodation project in the Cambridge area. The Senior Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Senior Site Managers with student accommodation / residential project experience would be an advantage for the role. The Senior Site Manager duties will be but not limited to Oversee all aspects of internal fit-out works. Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance from start to finish, Manage tasks from SFS installations to snagging and handovers, Dealing with all QA work, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
