Senior Site Manager – Central London
Project: £50M Residential Development
Salary: £75,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major £50 million residential construction project in Central London. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on construction professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project leadership and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving site progress and maintaining performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
* Maintain strict health & safety compliance across site activities
* Monitor quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
* Coordinate site logistics and sequencing of works
* Lead site meetings and report progress to senior management
* Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain programme delivery
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on residential projects
* Strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
* Relevant construction qualification (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
