Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving on-site operations to ensure seamless progress against tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the PM in overseeing all site activities, including programming, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to maintain project momentum.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
Coordinate with design teams, clients, and supply chain partners to resolve issues proactively and mitigate delays.
Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies.
Report progress, KPIs, and challenges to the Project Manager, contributing to value engineering and cost efficiencies.
Essential Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects with leading contractors.
Strong proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) for design coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D integration.
Expertise in RC (Reinforced Concrete) construction methodologies, including formwork, pouring, and curing processes.
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution.
