This is a high-profile role for a Senior Site Manager with a proven track record in new build housing, looking to take ownership of a major project from start to finish.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing all on-site activities for a multi-phase housing development

Leading and developing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Planning and managing programmes, logistics, and resources

Liaising with senior management, consultants, and key stakeholders

Monitoring performance, reporting progress, and driving continuous improvement
