Salary/rate: £65000.00 - £70000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus Senior Site Manager - No.2 to Project ManagerLarge Traditional Build Residential Scheme - 5-Year Programme We're partnering with a leading UK residential developer to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a major, multi-phase traditional build housing development in the Marlow area. This is a flagship 5-year project with long-term pipeline, offering exceptional career stability and progression. As Senior Site Manager, you'll operate as the No.2 to an experienced Project Manager, taking responsibility for driving build quality, programme, health & safety, and day-to-day site operations across a key phase of the development. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager with daily site leadership across a high-volume, multi-phase resi scheme Manage subcontractors, trades, and logistics to maintain programme and quality standards Ensure all H&S protocols are adhered to and proactively managed Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer care teams Oversee QA processes, snagging, and handovers Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and NHBC
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager or strong Site Manager ready to step up Experience on traditional build housing (developer or main contractor) Strong organisational and people management skills Solid H&S and QA knowledgeAble to manage fast-paced, high-quality residential delivery Ambitious, proactive, and confident working as No.2 to a PM
