Projects typically valued up to £10m and vary from Schools, Offices and Hotels to Care homes and retirement living. This opportunity has become available to a very busy pipeline of work, with more to come, it’s a fantastic time to join.
With over 100 years of trading history, this long-established, stable and respected contractor has a very busy pipeline of work and is looking for a number of operational candidates to join the business.
The Role:
Manage and enforce Health and Safety
Quality monitoring
Subcontractor management
Manage day to day activity
Programme management
The Person
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Experience on new build schemes up to £30m
Longevity in permanent roles
Good communication skills
IT Literate
Remuneration
