Senior Site Manager required in Oxford\n\nGVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake Structural, refurbishment and fit out projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors.\n\nThe successful candidate will be the lead operational representative on a 36 week programme on a refurbishment project in the Healthcare sector.\n\nProject: Create a new Urgent & Emergency Care (UEC) facility on a Hospital in Oxford. This is a live, operational healthcare environment requiring careful planning, coordination and strong site leadership.\n\nDuration: 9 Month contract\n\nRequirements for the Senior Site Manager:\n\n * 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.\n\n * Strong background in refurbishment or construction projects.\n\n * Experience working in live, operational environments (healthcare but not essential).\n\n * Excellent subcontractor coordination and programme management skills.\n\n * Strong IT capability: confident with MS Office, digital reporting tools and construction apps.\n\n * Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative to drive works independently.\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), First Aid.\n\n * Clear communicator with strong organisation and leadership qualities.\n\nIf you are interested in the Senior Site Manager opportunity above, then please get in touch
