Job Description
Senior Site Manager - High Rise refurbishment \n\nLocation: Manchester City Centre \n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver high-rise residential refurbishment schemes in Manchester city centre. \n\nThis role will focus heavily on external envelope works, including cladding and facade remediation alongside critical fire safety upgrades. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage high-rise refurbishment projects from start to completion\nOversee cladding/facade packages and external works \nDeliver fire remediation (FRA works) in line with current regulations \nCoordinate subcontractors and drive programme on site \nEnsure full compliance with Building Safety Act and gateway processes\nMaintain high standards of health & safety and quality \n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience on high-rise refurbishment projects \nStrong background in external cladding / facade systems \nExperience with FRA/ fire remediation works \nKnowledge of Building safety Act & gateway process \nRetrofit experience \nBackground with main contractor or specialist facade contractors \n\nTickets/Qualifications:\n\nSMSTS\nCSCS (Black/White Card) \nFirst Aid \nRelevant construction qualification \n\nWhats on offer: \n\nStrong pipeline of secured work \nLong-term opportunity in Manchester \nCompetitive salary/package (DOE) \n\nIf you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please email a copy of your CV to Sean at Fawkes & Reece, using the contact details provided or you can give my mobile a call for further details on (phone number removed)
