Job Description
We are working with a leading residential developer delivering high-quality RC frame apartment schemes across South East London and Kent. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Lead / Senior Site Manager to take ownership of complex, multi-unit developments from inception through to completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage site teams on RC frame residential projects from groundworks through to handover\nDrive programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget\nOversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met\nMaintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams\nManage site logistics, sequencing, and daily operations\nEnsure high-quality finishes in line with client expectations\nReport regularly on progress, risks, and key milestones\n\n Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Construction Lead on RC frame residential schemes\nStrong track record delivering apartment developments for a developer or main contractor\nExcellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and best practices\nSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive site performance\nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety\n\n What's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to work with a leading, well-established developer\nPipeline of secured projects across South East London & Kent\nCompetitive salary + package\nLong-term career progression opportunities
