Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager to join our client's growing team, following a series of successful project wins and an expanding workload across the Yorkshire region.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take a leading role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the public sector, commercial developments, and education environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion\nOversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards\nManage programme schedules, risk, and commercial performance\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders\nPromote and maintain strong health & safety standards across all sites\nProvide leadership and mentorship to site and project teams \n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in a Senior Construction Manager or similar senior site-based role\nStrong background delivering public sector, commercial, or education projects\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills\nSolid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project delivery\nStrong health & safety awareness and commitment to best practice\nSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager level) and First Aid certifications (or equivalent)\nFull UK driving licence \n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile and varied projects across Yorkshire\nStrong pipeline of secured work and long-term stability\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nCompetitive salary and benefits package (depending on experience)
