Job Description

O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 250-unit residential development in North West London. This is a major scheme requiring a strong external / engineering bias, with hands-on experience in early-stage works through to RC frame delivery. \n \nYou will be joining a reputable main contractor / developer team delivering high-quality residential units in a fast-paced London environment.

\n \nKey Responsibilities \n- Take full site responsibility for a large-scale residential development (250 units) \n- Lead and coordinate all groundworks, piling, and RC frame packages \n- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme delivery from early stages \n- Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety \n- Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and consultants \n- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA procedures, and project specifications \n- Drive progress reporting, site meetings, and short-term planning \n- Maintain strong control of cost, programme, and quality targets \n \nRequirements \n- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on large residential schemes in London \n- Strong external works / engineering background essential \n- Demonstrable experience in: \n- Groundworks \n- Piling \n- RC frame construction \n \n- Previous work with a main contractor or developer on residential projects \n- Strong leadership and communication skills \n- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card ), and First Aid \n- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex build sequences \n \nWhat's on Offer \n- Competitive salary / day rate (DOE) \n- Long-term opportunity on a flagship London residential scheme \n- Strong pipeline of future projects \n- Supportive project team and established contractor/developer environment\n\nO’Neill and Brennan values and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, , , age, or orientation
