Senior Site Manager\nLocation: Birmingham \nCan be a Days or Nights position.\n\n*Must have experience of working within a live environment* \n\nUpto £65,000 plus package \nSignificant value Health sector project (Hospital)!\n\nOur client, a notable Tier 1 main contractor located in the Midlands are looking to strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of a Senior Site Manager.\nThe ideal candidate must have experience of:\n\nPassive Fire Protection (PFP)\n\nDefects Experience\n\nRemedial Experience \n\nOr potentially \n\nRestoration experience \n\nThe Candidate (Senior Site Manager):\nAs a Senior Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Senior Site Manager. \n\n•\tIdeally from a Trades background \n•\tSMSTS\n•\tFirst Aid\n•\tA full UK driving license\n\nThe Package:\n•\tSalary: Up to £68,000 dependent on experience \n•\tCompany Car / Allowance\n•\tWorkplace Pension\n•\tBonus
