I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and forward-thinking construction contractor for a Senior Site Manager to lead site delivery on a range of exciting construction projects. The Role
Reporting into a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of site activities — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high quality, while maintaining excellent health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-start meetings and lead the site team from inception to handover

Manage the planning, programming, and progress of site works

Monitor and manage quality control, H&S compliance, and project KPIs
*
Coordinate materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractors

Oversee ordering and reconciliation of materials
