A leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent / Project Manager to lead delivery on a £35m highways project in North West Surrey.
This is a high-profile, complex civil engineering scheme with significant strategic importance, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role in its successful delivery. The position is available on a permanent or freelance basis, depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, managing engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
Lead programme, resource, and cost management to ensure efficient delivery.
Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards across the project.
Act as the key interface with the client, stakeholders, and supply chain.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
Report progress to senior management and ensure alignment with contractual and commercial objectives.Requirements:
Strong background in highways or major infrastructure delivery.
Experience in a Senior Agent or Project Manager role with a Tier 1 contractor.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
