An established and well-regarded RTA firm in Bolton is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Serious Injury Litigator to join its growing team.

This role is suited to a confident fee earner with a strong background in serious injury claims, capable of managing cases independently across both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

• Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, including high-value and complex matters
• Handling files from pre-litigation through to litigation
• Dealing with RTA matters, with EL/PL experience highly advantageous
• Drafting pleadings, schedules, and court documentation
• Liaising directly with clients, counsel, insurers, and medical experts
• Running files with minimal supervision while maintaining high technical standards

• Proven experience handling serious injury RTA claims
• Comfortable managing both pre-lit and litigated matters
• EL/PL experience is a strong advantage
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of a caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a professional client-facing approach

• Salary: £50,000£60,000, depending on experience
