As Senior Salesforce Developer - Technical & Release Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technical leadership and release management within our growing Salesforce estate. Reporting to the Design & Build Engineering Manager, you'll collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, QA and Support teams to ensure high-quality, reliable delivery of Salesforce change. What you will be doing Lead the technical design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with architectural standards. Act as design authority for changes, conducting code/design reviews and championing Salesforce best practices (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations). Oversee release management: define and improve deployment standards using and tools like Gearset Project Pipelines; set release gates and reduce deployment risk. Drive improvements in delivery processes across Design, Build, Test and Release; identify gaps and implement pragmatic solutions to increase reliability and speed.
