About the role At Hargreaves Lansdown our customer helpdesk provides support for 1200 users using Salesforce Service Cloud Platform. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Salesforce team and implementing Data Cloud Solutions. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to form part of a dedicated team supporting our Helpdesk Colleagues. There are 3 Admins, 1 Developer and additional resources for BA and QA when required. You will focus on managing and optimising the Salesforce platform, with a specific emphasis on using Data Cloud to enhance customer insights and drive business outcomes. What you'll be doing Working with the business stakeholders to provide solutions based on your knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud. Ensuring the Salesforce platform and Data Cloud work together to deliver a comprehensive view of the customer.<...
