Senior Sales Strategy Manager

Are you ready to help shape the future of sales at Experian? We are on an exciting journey to transform our business, and we need a visionary, Sales Strategy Manager to lead the way. Reporting into the Sales Operations VP, you will will be at the forefront of Experian's evolving go-to-market journey. You will design and implement strategies to mature our main sales focus areas, including go-to-market sales structure, role and skill development, and compensation plans.

We are looking for a sales thought leader, a strategy builder, a change influencer, and someone who can turn ideas into plans and action. You will not only make the recommendations but also help make them happen.

While you will have no direct reports, the role will manage senior partners, sales and revenue operations relationships across Experian HR, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership in all regions and will also collaborate with industry consultants and advisors.
