Senior Sales Operations Manager, UK - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Manager to join us on a Fixed Term basis (from May/June) to support our regional revenue operations here in UK & EMEA. In this role, you will assist in revenue forecasting, account and territory planning, CRM management, and data hygiene compliance. You will also provide support for ad-hoc reporting requests and play a key role in ensuring that data across our systems is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the regional revenue forecasting process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely input from leadership teams Collaborate with sales leadership to design, adjust, and maintain regional account and territory planning efforts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business objective Manage and support regional operations within Salesforce (SFDC) and the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system, ensuring smooth quoting processes and system functionality Troubleshoot and resolve SFDC and CPQ-related issues for the regional team, providing training and support as needed Enforce regional data hygiene practices across CRM and other revenue systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data Perform regular audits of CRM data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, duplicates, and incomplete records Support ad-hoc reporting requests across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing timely and accurate insights that inform decision‑making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide relevant data insights and reporting for quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other key meetings
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce required), and familiarity with CPQ systems Experience managing data hygiene practices and ensuring compliance with data governance standards Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools, such as Looker Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and produce actionable insights Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
