New Homes Sales Negotiator
who can convert warm enquiries into reservations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Role
Sell
luxury new homes
within a flagship premium development.
Guide buyers from first enquiry through to completion (off-plan experience ideal).
Deliver high-quality viewings, tours, and lifestyle-focused sales presentations.
Convert warm leads through confident, consultative selling.
Manage your pipeline: follow up enquiries, nurture prospects, and maximise conversions.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to support development performance.
Report to the Head of Sales and represent the brand with professionalism.
What Youll Bring
Experience in
new homes sales ,
estate agency ,
property sales , or
apartment sales .
Strong B2C sales background with proven conversion results.
Confident presenting to buyers and managing the full sales journey.
Customer-focused, calm, and commercially aware.
Full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of the
Devon / South West
property market is a strong advantage.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
