Senior Sales Negotiator – FinchleySalary: £25,000 – £28,000 plus commission and £2,000 car allowance. OTE £60,000. Driver and own car required. Our client is a multi‑award‑winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering North London. They are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team and help take the sales department to new heights. Key Competencies

Key Responsibilities
Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards Productive diary & time management Dealing with customer enquiries effectively Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and bankings are consistently hit Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database Implementing strategies to increase market share Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge Escalate queries outside of own authority level Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
