Senior Associate – Estate Agency (High-Performance Role)
Location: Bushey
Salary: £25,000 basic | Realistic OTE £42,000 (strong earning potential)
Coppersmith Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected, well-established estate agency in Bushey, known for its strong local presence and consistent success in the mid-to-high value property market.
This is not a standard estate agency role.
We are looking for a commercially driven, results-focused operator who can win instructions, generate new business, and close deals consistently. If you are motivated by targets, thrive on competition, and know how to convert opportunities into revenue—this is where you step up.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in driving revenue across sales and lettings, taking ownership of your pipeline and contributing directly to branch performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Winning new business through prospecting, referrals, and local networking
Conducting valuations and converting them into instructions
Managing deals end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to completion
Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
Building and maintaining a strong local database of buyers and sellers
Identifying and maximising cross-selling opportunities (mortgages, legal services, etc.)
Maintaining strong market awareness to stay ahead of competitors
Supporting and guiding junior team members where required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience with a proven track record
* Demonstrable success in winning instructions and closing deals
* Strong valuation and negotiation capability
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Solid understanding of the property market and sales process
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Based within a commutable distance of Bushey
Highly Desirable
* Experience operating within the mid-to-high value property market
* Familiarity with Reapit or similar estate agency CRM systems
* A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
* Ability to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities
* Industry qualifications or formal training in estate agency
* Strong local market knowledge and established network
