Senior Sales Manager – Marketing, Publishing & Agency Partnerships

Up to £65k + Uncapped Bonus

Hybrid - 1-2 days in Central London

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across major marketing-focused events and year-round digital/content campaigns.
  • Drive new business by tapping into your network of marketing & agency contacts — and expanding it.
  • Develop bespoke partnership strategies, combining live experiences, digital content, storytelling and lead-gen solutions.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with clients, becoming their go-to strategic partner.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, lead renewals and drive commercial growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, production and operations teams to deliver best-in-class client campaigns.
  • Attend high-profile UK and international industry events to network and open new conversations.


Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, account management or media/events sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing + agency ecosystem.
  • Proven background growing accounts and closing meaningful revenue deals.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and commercial instinct.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly.
