As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, developing high-value relationships, and positioning the hotel as a preferred choice within the luxury market. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic sales initiatives across corporate, leisure, and luxury segments. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to maximise revenue and market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, agency, and luxury partners

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

Lead negotiations and manage high-value contracts

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align commercial objectives

Produce accurate forecasts, reports, and market intelligence

About You

Proven senior sales experience within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of the London luxury hospitality market

An established network of corporate and luxury travel contacts

Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Confident, polished, and relationship-driven
