We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our growing UK team. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment.

You’ll be responsible for driving results while leading from the front—developing people, improving processes, and ensuring consistent execution on the sales floor.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive performance, accountability, and conversion rates
• Oversee daily sales floor activity, attendance, and behaviours
• Conduct regular 1-to-1s, coaching, and performance reviews
• Identify new business opportunities and optimise sales strategy
• Analyse market trends and align sales efforts with company objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth
  

• Proven experience in Sales Management and team leadership
• Strong background in business development, negotiation, and CRM usage
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, hands-on, and results-focused
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
• Experience in automotive or financial services is a strong advantage
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
