If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!Job descriptionConsistently achieve revenue targets through retention, expansion and growth of clients and prospecting and closing new business relationshipsMaintain account plans that include strategies to penetrate and develop new businessManage day-to-day activity with clients, partnering with Stats Perform team members to ensure the effective implementation and integration of software and solutionsRespond quickly and effectively to ongoing client queries and requestsUtilize stakeholder management strategies, and develop winning value propositions for products and services that align to account prioritiesEstablish and develop relationships with key executive influencers to anticipate key developments and provide relevant solutionsEnsure high post-sales customer satisfaction with a proactive service strategy that enables repeat business and value realizationRequired travel of up to 30%Required profileBachelor degree in business, marketing or related field6+ years of sales and/or account management experience with a proven track record of successExperience selling and ensuring customer success with data and/or technology solutions.Strong sales and service management process/organizational skillsFunctional mastery of account planning and sales executionDemonstrated ability to manage time and competing interestsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWhat we offerWe know that diversity brings creativity, so we invite people from all backgrounds to join us.
