Build your own pipeline — no hand-holding, no inbound leads Prospect, visit, and close deals end-to-end Sell CNC routers (£20k–£80k) and fiber lasers (£45k–£500k) Advise clients on workflow, efficiency, and profitability Challenge clients when needed — not just agree and quote Take full ownership of results
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Deep, practical knowledge of fiber laser cutting machines (materials, gases, thickness, performance, limitations) Strong understanding of CNC routers in real production environments (nesting, joinery workflows, efficiency) Ability to improve a client’s business, not just sell equipment Background in fabrication, engineering, or joinery preferred Proven track record in selling capital equipment in this sector You generate your own deals — consistently

This is not a 9–5 role. You are paid for output, not presence. What You Get
