Senior Account Manager – Instrumentation / Process Automation
Location: Southwest London
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and accelerate business growth in Southwest London. With proven expertise in instrumentation and process automation, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-impact, value-led solutions across multiple industries.
This role suits someone who excels in nurturing long-term relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and leading consultative sales in technically advanced environments.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Account Manager, you will:
Lead and expand a portfolio of high-value accounts through structured account planning. Develop deep customer insights while staying ahead of emerging industry trends. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on instrumentation products, services, and integrated solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions teams. Apply a consultative sales approach to identify and address client needs. Drive new business development initiatives and contribute to shaping regional strategy. Maintain consistent customer engagement, both face-to-face and virtually. Demonstrate agility, proactive decision-making, and a solutions-first mindset.
Your Profile
You will bring:
A proven track record in sales within Instrumentation and Process Automation. Strong technical knowledge of measurement technologies and systems. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. A strategic approach, with consistent success in exceeding sales targets. Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
