Are you an accomplished sales professional with a passion for property and people?\nWe’re looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to join one of the UK’s most respected residential developers.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to represent beautifully designed homes within landmark developments, guiding purchasers through a truly premium buying journey.\nWhat you’ll be doing?\n * Leading prospective buyers through the entire sales journey – from first enquiry to legal completion.\n * Hosting viewings and events that bring developments to life and inspire customers.\n * Presenting homes with confidence, explaining specifications, features, and community benefits.\n * Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects with proactive follow-up.\n * Negotiating and securing reservations at optimum value while maintaining trust and transparency.\n * Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing best practice and leading by example.\n * Collaborating with construction, marketing and after-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.\n * Monitoring market trends and providing insightful feedback to management.\nWhat we're looking for?\n * A proven background in residential property sales, ideally new homes.\n * Strong closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.\n * Polished presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication.\n * A track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.\n * Commercial awareness and an understanding of today’s property market.\n * Natural leadership qualities – able to motivate, mentor, and set the standard.\n * Flexibility to work weekends and peak demand periods.\nWhat's on offer?\n * A salary up to £40,000 (negotiable on experience) with uncapped commission and an OTE of £70,000.\n * Annual performance-related bonus.\n * Company pension and life assurance.\n * Private healthcare and wellbeing support.\n * 25 days holiday allowance, with the option to buy more.\n * Discounts at various stores and associated services.\n * Ongoing training and career development within a prestigious, growing business
