By joining a Luxury House in its London store, your missions will be:Welcome clients to the store and guarantee a perfect luxury experience;Ensure a personalized service, build loyalty to maximize sales;Support and coach the Sales team to improve their performance;Develop a client book by gathering the clients’ details and updating CRM tools;Continuously maintain and update your fashion, trends and product knowledge and pass on this knowledge to the Sales team;Make sure that Visual Merchandising guidelines are respected;Support back of house activities (shipping, inventory, transfers, etc.).Profile needed:You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, within a luxury environment.You have excellent communication skills, and you are driven by performance.As a leader, you like to show the example and motivate the team.Your English is perfectly fluent, another language would be ideal.
