Our client is seeking a highly accurate and detail focused Sales Administrator to support their Sales Team within a busy housebuilding environment.

This role is heavily data driven and requires a high level of precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining sales data within their in-house system and generating client and internal reports directly from that data.
Accuracy is crucial in this Role!

In addition, the role includes PA support to the Sales Director; however, the primary focus is Sales Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration (Primary Focus – approx. 70–80%):

Accurately input and maintain all sales data within the in-house system

Generate letters, reports, and documentation directly from system data

Ensure all data entered is 100% accurate and fully checked before use

Maintain plot trackers, pricing schedules, and reservation data

Produce weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel

Process HR related admin (holiday, sick, rota) & support onboarding (devices, uniform, PPE)

Liaise with site sales teams to collect and verify accurate information

Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, pricing, and plot status

Monitor shared inbox and respond to enquiries

Process cancellations & refunds

Invoice checks & approvals - Log and track all financial actions and ensure compliance

PA Support to Sales Director (Secondary – approx. 20–30%):

Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling

Prepare reports and presentations

Coordinate internal communications

Provide general administrative support

Complaints handling

Manage and coordinate: Document approvals (Docusign), invoices and expenses for the sales team

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong experience in a Sales Administration or data-driven admin role

Advanced Excel skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Proven ability to work with high volumes of data without errors

Ability to check, validate information before submission

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

Confident communicator, able to liaise with multiple teams

Desirable:

Experience within housebuilding or property sales

Experience using CRM sales systems

Experience generating reports and documentation from system data

Personal Attributes:

Highly methodical and detail-driven

Takes ownership and accountability for accuracy

Proactive and able to work independently

Calm and reliable under pressure
