Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing competitive, tailored quotes that balance partner value with business profitability.
  2. Sharing structured feedback with Sales Management to refine propositions and highlight key insights from lost deals.
  3. Negotiating pricing and funding support with mobile networks to secure strategic wins.
  4. Communicating effectively with partners to ensure clarity and alignment on commercial offers.
  5. Collaborating with the Sales Manager to elevate team performance and foster a high-performing sales culture.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in contact centre or phone-based sales account management, ideally within the B2B mobile sector.
  2. Strong objection-handling skills and a resilient mindset.
  3. Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities.
  4. A commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  5. Confidence in managing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

We're seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager with strong commercial instincts and relationship-building expertise to help us grow and strengthen these partnerships.

Location and Benefits

Currys Business, Poole - 6th Floor, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1TW / Hybrid Working

Permanent, Full-Time | Grade 3 | Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £7,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. No weekend working.

Initial training will be office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model after onboarding.
