A rapidly scaling distressed debt and special situations hedge fund — currently on the path to becoming a multi-billion dollar platform — is looking to appoint aSenior Risk Managerto play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth toward $3–5BN AUM.

This is anewly created and high-impact position, designed for a proactive risk professional who can partner closely with the investment team and leadership to shape and evolve a their risk framework.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and implementing the fund’s overall risk management framework Advising onrisk concentrationand portfolio exposure Supporting the development and execution ofhedging strategies

Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure risk is embedded in strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable experience incredit risk— ideally with exposure todistressed credit, although not essential A sharp, analytical mindset and the ability to anticipate risks in complex and fast-moving markets Strong communication skills to influence investment and operational stakeholders A hands-on, proactive approach to risk — you're someone who sees around corners and doesn’t wait to be asked
