We’re a global organisation with a strong footprint in the UK Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Risk Manager to support business leaders across government and retail accounts.Reporting to the UK, Africa & Ireland Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance, you will provide 2nd Line of Defence oversight across multiple lines of business and sites. You’ll ensure risks and issues are identified, accurately captured in the corporate risk register, monitored through meaningful MI, and managed through effective treatment plans and controls.What you’ll doLead end-to-end risk and issue management: identification, assessment, tracking and reportingPartner with operational leaders to strengthen controls and mitigationDeliver MI and reporting packs for stakeholders and governance forumsSupport incident management and control testing/auditsWork closely with Security and Privacy teams and attend client reviewsContribute to internal/external audits and promote a proactive risk cultureWhat you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in risk (audit/assurance/compliance monitoring welcomed)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to create and deliver test/audit plans and control testingAnalytical, adaptable, comfortable in fast-moving environmentsConfidence operating as 2LoD (constructive challenge + independence)Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, SOX)Leadership and remote management experienceNice to haveIRM qualificationFinancial crime experienceBusiness continuity experienceIncident management experienceGovernment/public sector exposureBPO experienceSenior Risk Lead • Newport, Gwent, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
