We're recruiting on behalf of a highly innovative and well-funded technology business based in Maldon, Essex. They're seeking a Senior RFIC Design Engineer to join their New Product Engineering team and take a leading role in the design of RF and analogue circuits for sub-6GHz ICs.

This is a hands-on role suited to a self-motivated engineer with deep technical expertise in RF/analogue IC design and a track record of mentoring more junior colleagues. The company offers hybrid working, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and verification of RF/analogue sub-circuits such as LNAs, mixers, VGAs, filters, PLLs, dividers, bias circuits, and more. Work across technologies including SiGe BiCMOS and RF-CMOS to deliver high-performance, innovative ICs.
