What the role involves: Data Analysis & Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and providing clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning. Benchmarking & Market Research – Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA.
