In this role, you will own and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring our sales, marketing, and document management tools are aligned, efficient, and built to scale with Choco.You will translate business requirements into scalable system designs that improve automation, ensure data integrity, and enable accurate deal processing. Your work will strengthen the operational foundation that enables predictable revenue and high performance across regions.The Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the systems that generate revenue, ensure consistent operational performance, resolve deficiencies quickly, and enforce accountability around growth-driving metrics.Own the design, optimization, and ongoing reliability of complex Salesforce Flows that power our revenue processes, ensuring they scale cleanly and reduce operational friction.Administer and maintain Salesforce.com, including configuration, data integrity, and user supportGather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions within Salesforce and other GTM related toolsIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to increase operational effectivenessPartner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support deal structuring, approvals, and order managementCreate and maintain documentation including process flows, system requirements, and user guidesSupport system testing, upgrades, and new feature rolloutsWho We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in a systems analyst, revenue operations, sales operations, or related roleHands-on experience with Salesforce.com (Salesforce Flows experience is required )Strong understanding of deal processes, order management, or quote-to-cash workflowsAbility to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailExperience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferredProficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysisChoco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
