Are you ready to lead Arla UK’s Revenue Growth Management agenda—balancing volume, price and mix to deliver sustainable, profitable growth while building world‑class RGM capability? You’ll set the strategy, codify ways of working and embed RGM as a critical value engine—aligning senior stakeholders and turning insight into action across categories and customers. How You Will Make An Impact
Lead and evolve the UK RGM strategy and operating model, aligned with market, brand and category strategies; codify frameworks, standards and routines. Apply the five RGM levers to drive profitable growth; translate insights into clear recommendations that influence senior decisions. Frame trade‑offs across share, volume, price, mix and profit; enable joint value creation with customers grounded in shopper, pricing and promotional insights. Build enterprise‑wide adoption of RGM, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Marketing; share best practice with European/Global RGM. Lead and develop the UK RGM team (2 direct reports); build capability across Sales with tools, training and a common growth framework.
This role sits in Sales – Customer Development and reports to Hiring Manager Title. You will work closely with the UK Commercial Leadership Team and European/Global RGM stakeholders. What Will Make You Successful You will bring extensive commercial experience in FMCG or Grocery Retail (e.g., RGM/NRM, Sales, Finance, Category, Consulting/Pricing), proven expertise across pricing, promotions and PPA, and strong P&L understanding to identify and unlock value through data‑led decisions. You will operate credibly at senior leadership level—framing complex trade‑offs and driving organisational change—while developing teams and creating sustainable ways of working. You will pair a strategic, future‑oriented mindset with strong execution, high numeracy and financial acumen, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and confident, insight‑led communication with executive presence. As a collaborative stakeholder manager with a growth mindset, you will be pragmatic, resilient, solution‑focused and impact‑driven—building capability and delivering results through others.
