This is an opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues and maintaining safe, consistent care. About the role As a Senior Residential Support Worker , you will take a lead role on shift, supporting children with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education and development. You will oversee the smooth running of shifts, manage behaviours, respond to staffing issues and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
