Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive? Our warm, welcoming residential homes in Warrington are looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Children’s Residential Support Workers.

2 on 4 off rota pattern

About the Role:

As a key member of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide stability, guidance, and day-to-day support to children and young people aged 8–17. Your role will include:

* Building positive, trusting relationships

* Supporting emotional wellbeing and building life skills

* Promoting independence, confidence, and personal development

* Helping create a safe, nurturing home environment

* Taking part in fun activities, community outings, and daily routines

* Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

* Kind, patient, and supportive individuals

* Resilience and a commitment to safeguarding

* Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Experience with children or vulnerable people (desirable but not essential)

* Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
