2 on 4 off rota pattern

About the Role:
As a key member of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide stability, guidance, and day-to-day support to children and young people aged 8–17. Your role will include:
* Building positive, trusting relationships
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and building life skills
* Promoting independence, confidence, and personal development
* Helping create a safe, nurturing home environment
* Taking part in fun activities, community outings, and daily routines
* Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Kind, patient, and supportive individuals
* Resilience and a commitment to safeguarding
* Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with children or vulnerable people (desirable but not essential)
* Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
