Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker

Salary: £14.50 Per Hour / £60 Sleep In Rate Location: Coventry Contract: Full-time Rota: 2 day on, 4 days off

About the Role We are recruiting a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to support young people aged 8–18 who present with emotional and behavioural challenges in 2 bed home.

Requirements

* Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins

* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People/Residential Childcare or willingness to complete it

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

* Understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice

* Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential for the right person
