Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home (Nottingham, Beeston)\n\nWe’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our children’s home based in Nottingham, Beeston. We work with children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), and we need Senior Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference.\n\nAbout the role:\n\n * Bank or permanent options available\n\n * Flexible hours – 2 on / 4 off, part-time or full-time\n\n * Pay: £13/hour (open to discussion)\n\n * Average salary between £33-£35k with sleeps\n\n * Sleep-ins: £65 per night\n\n * Drivers preferred\n\n * Full training provided\n\n * After probation, you’ll be onboarded to Level 5 Leadership & Management with opportunities to progress as we open new homes\n\nWho we’re looking for:\n\n * Someone with a good personality, patient, and genuinely cares about children\n\n * Experience with children is ideal, especially EBD\n\n * Someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team\n\nOur managers have over 13 years’ experience and are ready to mentor new staff.
