About the role
The Property Manager will be part of our successful Residential Estate Agency team. Based out of Canary Wharf and Covent Garden the Property Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service to our landlords and tenants. From repairs to legal requirements, the Property Manager will oversee the smooth running of the tenancy from start to finish. Through building trust and relationships we ensure a best-in-class service to maximise the clients investment.
What you’ll do:
Efficiently manage a portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties.
Proactive communication ensuring landlords, tenants and contractors are kept up to date with issues.
Dealing with day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance issues.
Negotiating deposit releases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Dealing with utilities on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Arranging safety certification.
Organising inspections and check‑out processes.
Ensure all management systems are kept up to date and maintained.
Achieving set KPIs.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll need:
Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work.
A proven track record within Property Management.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team.
Be adaptable and a good team player.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
ARLA level 3 qualification preferred.
A working knowledge of Reapit would be advantageous.
