The Role As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a hands-on role with the support of an experienced administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical quality and client service. You will be working on matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Transfers of equity

Re-mortgages

Help to Buy transactions

Lease extensions (desirable but not essential)

What Were Looking For A minimum of 3 years experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload

Ability to manage matters independently with strong technical knowledge

Confident, personable approach to client communication

Desire to join a firm where relationships, service quality, and community reputation matter

Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CLC-qualified Fee Earner

though experienced non-qualified fee earners will also be considered
