About the Role: This is a broad and interesting residential conveyancing position, suitable for individuals at any stage of their legal career from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives to experienced fee earners. Youll manage a manageable caseload of varied property matters with support from a friendly and approachable team. Key Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and registered/unregistered titles
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Providing practical and clear legal advice with a focus on service quality
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
