This is a unique opportunity to handle a diverse and interesting caseload, including High Net Worth (HNW) property matters from London and across the UK, all from the picturesque base of Brecon with flexibility to work remotely on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, with support from a dedicated Legal Secretary

Handling a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, and HNW transactions

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process

Ensuring compliance with CQS standards and AML regulations

Contributing to the continued success and growth of the firms national reputation in residential conveyancing

About You: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years experience
