We're looking for a high-calibre Senior Relationship Manager with an awesome boutique lender to support high-growth and start-up businesses in the South West.

This is a unique player-coach role sitting in the pocket of day-to-day lending activities, as well as leading a team of calibre Relationship Managers across the region.

If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business/corporate lending, debt finance or credit analysis, we'd love to hear from you.

Key deliverables Build out your own portfolio of regional businesses and advise on their funding needs Act as point person to SLT on pipeline monitoring Analyse clients' business plans and loan appraisals, and provide strategic recommendations to clients Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries in the region and network accordingly Work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee on presenting high-quality opportunities
