This is an exciting opportunity to join an established recruitment business in Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for an energetic, sales-focused individual to take over an established desk and drive the activity required to generate new business and grow the client base across the local area.You will work under the guidance of an experienced Branch Manager, who will provide ongoing mentoring and support your personal development.We are a busy, fast-paced office where standards and expectations are high, with a strong focus on compliance and quality at all times.As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:Talking to and influencing decision-makers at all levels, selling our recruitment servicesMaking daily sales calls to prospective clientsAttending client meetingsManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and aftercareThe ideal candidate will have:A proven track record in temporary recruitmentExperience selling to and influencing decision-makers at all levelsExcellent communication skillsA full UK driving licence (essential)Working for Pertemps:Location: Stoke-on-TrentCompetitive base salary of £27,000 £30,000 + commission32 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by one day each yearShare Incentive Scheme (SIS)16-week comprehensive training programmeOpportunity to gain a professional recruitment qualification (MREC CertRP)Clear opportunities for career progression and developmentPerkbox (high street retailer and gym membership discounts)If this sounds like a role that would excite you, apply now.JBRP1_UKTJ
