ProviT is looking to recruit a new Senior Recruitment Consultant who has B2B sales experience for the office in Southam.

This is a sales first role where you will be responsible for growing a desk covering commercial recruitment ( temp & perm ) with prospective clients within the Warwickshire / Oxfordshire area.

It's a phone based role making lots of outgoing calls, chasing leads from job boards, matching candidates and ultimately placing the right people with the clients .

There are lots of recruitment roles being advertised right now so why apply for this role ?

Well the answer is simple…a great commission structure that's paid monthly ( none of this waiting 3 - 6 months for commission and there is absolutely zero micro management.

There is certainly no “dead by KPIS and meetings for the sake of it”

A great role for someone who is an established biller who wants to earn a larger share of the commission and have it paid a lot more often than most.

It's important to stress, this is NOT a trainee role - its a sales focussed role and we are only looking for candidates who have successfully sold B2B recruitment solutions in the UK covering temp and permanent recruitment.

Qualifications:

2 years UK recruitment experience (with a focus on sales NOT account management, compliance or resourcing )
