This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to accelerate their career.

The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Temp Desk) In this senior‑level recruitment position, you will:

Run and grow a 360 temp recruitment desk with full business development responsibility
Build strong relationships with schools, academies and MAT leaders
Source, headhunt and interview candidates daily
Fill high‑volume, short‑notice temporary bookings with pace, accuracy and resilience
Drive recruitment sales through cold calling, client visits and account development
Work towards weekly KPIs and revenue targets
Partner with compliance to ensure fast and high‑quality candidate clearance

Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
